The present General Terms and Conditions of Sale determine the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the online sale of Products offered by the Seller.

Article 1: Via eurocigs.store, you can order cigarettes and manufactured tobacco online. The General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) will be considered accepted at the time of purchase.

Article 2: In the event of loss or theft of your parcel, the carrier will be solely responsible, but eurocigs.store undertakes to help you take the necessary steps with the carrier in order to obtain compensation as quickly as possible.

Article 3: Our cigarettes and tobaccos are intended for sale only to persons over 18 years of age and for personal consumption only.

Article 4: For security reasons, it is not possible to collect your goods directly from our warehouses.

Article 5: All our products are satisfied or refunded. For a refund, simply return the product in its original packaging within 14 days. We will proceed with the refund as soon as we receive the product. You are responsible for shipping costs.

Article 6: Product offers and price lists are drawn up and communicated to the customer subject to subsequent modifications and corrections. For further details, please contact us.

Article 7: Products remain the property of the Company until full payment has been received.

Article 8: Orders will be processed within the limits of our available stocks or subject to the stocks available with our suppliers. If an item is unavailable for more than 2 working days, you will be informed immediately of the expected delivery times and the order for this item may be cancelled on request. The customer may then request a credit note for the amount of the item or a refund.

Article 9: The price indicated on our site is inclusive of all taxes. Additional charges may be imposed depending on the policy of your bank. We will not be responsible for any charges.

Article 11: Payment is due immediately upon order. The customer may pay by credit card. Cards issued by banks domiciled outside United Kingdom must be international bank cards (Mastercard or Visa). Secure online payment by credit card is carried out by our payment service provider. Transmitted information is encrypted in accordance with industry standards and cannot be read during transport over the secure network (SSL connection). Once the payment has been initiated by the customer, the transaction is immediately debited after the information has been verified. In accordance with article L. 132-2 of the French Monetary and Financial Code (Code monétaire et financier), the commitment to pay given by card is irrevocable. By providing his bank details at the time of sale, the Customer authorizes the Vendor to debit his card for the amount relating to the price indicated. The Customer confirms that he is the legal holder of the card to be debited and that he is legally entitled to use it. In the event of an error, or the impossibility of debiting the card, the Sale is immediately cancelled and the order cancelled.

Article 12: In accordance with article L. 121-20 of the French Consumer Code, “the consumer has a period of fourteen clear days to exercise his right of withdrawal without having to justify his reasons or pay any penalties, with the exception, where applicable, of the cost of return”. “The period mentioned in the previous paragraph runs from the date of receipt for goods”. Article 13: Trademarks, domain names, products, software, images, videos, texts or more generally any information subject to intellectual property rights are and remain the exclusive property of the seller. No transfer of intellectual property rights is made through these GTC. Any total or partial reproduction, modification or use of these goods for any purpose whatsoever is strictly prohibited.

Article 14: The performance of the seller’s obligations hereunder shall be suspended in the event of a fortuitous event or force majeure which prevents performance. The seller will notify the customer of the occurrence of such an event as soon as possible.

Article 15: In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of January 6, 1978, you have the right to query, access, modify, oppose and correct your personal data.
